HOW DOES YOGA HELP THE FUTURE MOTHER?
The techniques are selected and modified for this sensitive period of a woman's life. The courses are based on the methodology of TEACHER PAVLOS K. HASSANAGAS.The courses are taught by yoga professors and instructors specially trained in this field.

DURING PREGNANCY

  • Increasing body awareness

  • Keeping the body fit

  • Balancing the metabolism

  • Increasing breathing awareness

  • Learning proper breathing and control over it

  • Maintaining proper energy flow and energy balance

  • Increasing awareness of thoughts and feelings and control over them

DURING DELIVERY

AFTER DELIVERY

  • Maintaining inner calmness and harmony that passes onto the baby

  • The mother becomes aware that her life continues and that she should take care not only for the baby, but for herself also.
