YOGA FOR SENIORS

 

Vitality and good health are achieved. The beauty of the "third age" is discovered. Pains from degenerative spine diseases, such as spondylosis , diminish or completely disappear. Body stiffness weakens and elasticity and agility improve. Sleeping quality is also improved. The yoga programme is most efficient as prevention of diseases characteristic for this age. Better results are achieved both in therapy and rehabilitation.

Our experience has shown that the practitioners from the third age go through turning points in their life, i.e. they become additionally active at this age, because they have changed their attitude towards themselves and their surrounding. Their belief that their abilities have reduced due to their age changes, and positive thoughts are encouraged and awaken new potentials to become more active and productive.
