Pavlos K. Hassanagas is a yoga teacher, whose name is
connected with the organized teaching of yoga in
Macedonia. He began teaching in Romania in 1969 and then
moved to Macedonia in 1972 where he lived until 1987.
Today he lives and teaches in Greece and comes to
Macedonia several times a year, when he holds lectures
and seminars for students and teachers at the Yoga
Federation of Macedonia.
One might say that every spiritual teacher has a
mission. Pavlos K. Hassanagas is a teacher whom we can
thank for conveying the knowledge of yoga in a purified
and understandable manner.
His teachings are based on the classical yoga of
Patanjali, which he adapts to the contemporary needs of
people today, without losing its essence. Recognizing
the necessity of synthesis of various types of yoga, he
conveys this knowledge in the form of Integral Yoga,
since that is the only path that can provide a
comprehensive spiritual transformation.
He treasures the traditional way of teaching - live and
direct transfer of knowledge. He has developed a genuine
methodological teaching approach, as well as in training
yoga teaching staff.
